Breaking Up the Pricing Table

Project Overview

Pricing table conventions are ever-evolving as companies grow and products get more nuanced. We were no different. In this test, we break out the cards that used to serve as column headers.

Hypothesis

The table column headers are very thin. Important information is crammed into them, making it difficult to read. There's also a huge empty space to the left.

Using that empty space to expand the columns will make that information easier to read. Although this will require that the cards be separated from the table, this will not be so confusing as to impact CVR in any meaningful way.

Outcome

Overall Increase in CVR: 4%

Other Notes

Despite a stat-sig decrease in CTA clicks, there was an increase in CVR with a Bayesian probability of 90%.
